The Goffs November Foal Sale enjoyed a rare two-year-old Stakes double this weekend withKool Company and Fontanelice who won the Group 3 Premio Primi Passi in Italy today.
The Stefano Botti trained Fontanelice (Vale of York) came into the race unbeaten in two starts after winning both his races earlier this month. The Goffs November Foal Sale also enjoyed success at Royal Ascot when providing the quinella in the Group 2 Norfolk Stakes.
Fontanelice is raced by Dioscuri Sri and was purchased by Barney O’Hare from the Irish National Stud at the 2012 Goffs November Foal Sale for €3,600.
