The GoffsDBS graduate Bronze Maquette became the latest Stakes winner for the Goffs November Foal Sale this season when easily winning the Listed St Hugh’s Stakes at Newbury.
Trained by Gary Moore, the filly claimed her third career victory in the process and gave her sire Dark Angel a timely boost ahead of the DBS Premier Sales in which he has 16 yearlings entered.
Bronze Maquette was offered by Baroda & Colbinstown Studs at the 2012 Goffs November Foal Sale where he was purchased privately by Alun Douch for €7,500. He was then offered at the 2013 DBS Premier Sales by Douch where he was purchased by Brown Island Stables for £17,000.
