GoffsDBS dominated British Champions Day at Ascot with Goffs graduate Royal Diamond winning the Group 3 Qipco British Champions Long Distance Cup whilst DBS Premier Yearling Sales purchases Olympic Glory and Slade Power won the Group 1 Queen Elizabeth II Stakes and the Group 2 Qipco British Champion Sprint respectively.
Royal Diamond won last years Group 1 Irish St Leger for owner Andrew Tinkler and he was trained and ridden by Johnny Murtagh to win the today's prize of over £113,000. The son of King's Best has now won over £390,000 in prize money and was sold by Moyglare Stud to Sir Mark Prescott for 70,000EUR at the Goffs Orby Sale.
