Goffs DBS Quinella G3 Coral Charge at Sandown

The Goffs November Foal Sale celebrated a Stakes winning double this weekend headed by Extortionist who led home a Goffs DBS quinella in today’s Group 3 Coral Charge.  
 
Trained by Olly Stevens and raced by Sheikh Suhaim Al Thani, the son of Dandy Man has now won two of his last three starts and finished second in his last appearance in the Group 3 Sapphire Stakes at the Curragh. The tough nine-year-old Kingsgate Native finished a close second in today’s race. 
 
Extortionist was purchased by Hillwood Bloodstock from Collegelands Stud at the 2011Goffs November Foal Sale for €28,000. He was then offered by Hillwood Stud at the 2012 DBS Premier Sales where he was purchased privately by David Redvers for £30,000
 
DBS celebrated further success at the Sandown meeting having sold Magic Tree who is the dam of the Group 1 Eclipse Stakes winner Mukhadram. The mare was offered at DBS byDarley in 2005 and was purchased by David Loder for 2,800GNS
 
The Goffs November Foal Sale celebrated a Stakes winning double with Let'sgoforitwho won the Group 3 Zawawi Cup in Sweden for trainer Bodil Hallencreutz. The six-year-old was offered at the 2008 sale by Castlemartin Stud and was purchased by Peter Kelly for€2,000
 
The son of Verglas was then purchased by Joseph Quinn from Mullaboden Farms at the 2009 Goffs Orby Sale for €11,500
