Goffs graduate Mckinley scored an impressive win in the Grade 3 For Auction Novice Hurdle at Navan this afternoon for Gigginstown House Stud.
The Willie Mullins trained four year old has been progressing well over hurdles and took his first Graded win today in impressive fashion under Bryan Cooper, going clear before the second last to win comfortably by 2 ¾ lengths.
Mckinley was sold as a foal at Goffs by the Castlebridge Consignment to Kilsheelan Stud for €11,000.
The next National Hunt Sale at Goffs is the December NH Sale (10 – 11 December) which features an outstanding group of foals, including brothers to Bobs Worth and Oscar Whisky amongst others, as well as quality older horses and breeding stock.
