Princess Noor led home a GoffsDBS 1-2 in the Group 3 Princess Margaret Juddmonte Stakes when beating Queen Catrine.
The Roger Varian trained daughter of Holy Roman Emperor had run fine races in theGroup 3 Albany Stakes and Group 2 Cherry Hinton Stakes since winning her maiden but has clearly improved and will now be aimed at the Group 2 Lowther Stakes at York. She was bought by Tony Nerses from Camas Park Stud for £120,000 at the DBS Premier Sales 2012.
The Charlie Hills trained Queen Catrine finished third in the Group 2 Duchess of Cambridge Stakes on her most recent start and connections will also aim her at the Group 2Lowther Stakes at York. The daughter of Acclamation was bought by Glencode Bloodstock from The Castlebridge Consignment for 22,000EUR from Goffs February Sale 2012.
The success continued with Wahaar winning the Listed Winkfield Stakes for Richard Hannon and Hamdam Al Maktoum. The son of Kodiac finished third in the Group 2 Superlative Stakes on his most recent start and was bought by Glenvale Stud from Ringfort Stud for 44,000EUR at the Goffs November Foal Sale.
