Following the successful week at the 2017 November Sale, this weekend saw further international success for November Foal Sale graduates at Del Mar as two graduates from the 2012 November Sale took two of the feature races.
Success was headed by OFF LIMITS (pictured) who won the Grade 1 Matriarch Stakes, her first Grade 1 win to be added to her dual Grade 3 record. Her previous Grade wins came at Belmont in the Noble Damsel Stakes and Athenia Stakes. The Chad Brown trained mare is now four from four in her most recent races and provides her sire, Mastercraftsman, a fourth Stakes winner in nine days. Off Limits was sold by Seskin Stud to T King for €24,000.
Earlier on the card, HUNT won his third Grade 2 Stakes when leading home the field in the Grade 2 Seabiscuit Handicap. His previous Grade 2 success came in the Del Mar Handicap and the Eddie Read Stakes, both at Del Mar. Hunt was offered as a November Foal by Millgrove Stud.
