Goffs Horses In Training Sale enjoyed Group 1 glory on Arc day at Longchamp.
The ultra consistent Maarek, an eleven time winner, finally took top honours when landing the Group 1 Prix De L'Abbaye for trainer Barry Lalor and the Lisbunny Syndicate.
The six year old son of Pivotal topped the Goffs Horses In Training Sale in 2011 when sold by Kilconnel Stables to Eddie Harty for €95,000.
