International Success Continues For Goffs With Grade 2 Double

Goffs graduates enjoyed more international success over the weekend headed by a Grade 2 double from November Sale graduates Can’thelpbelieving and Hunt.

Can’thelpbelieving (pictured) was victorious at the Canadian track, Woodbine, where he drove clear in the straight to take the Grade 2 Sky Classic Stakes by 1 ¼ lengths, giving his trainer Graham Motion a back-to-back win in the Sky Classic event.  Can’thelpbelieving, previously trained by Stack Racing, was a 2011 November Foal graduate, sold from The Premier Consignment to Camas Park Stud for €60,000.

In California, Hunt won his second Grade 2 Stakes when leading home the field in the Del Mar Handicap.  His previous Grade 2 success came in the Eddie Read Stakes at Del Mar in July. Hunt was offered as a November Foal in 2012 by Millgrove Stud.

Madam Dancealot, a recent Grade 2 winner at Del Mar, also performed strongly in the Grade 1 Del Mar Oaks where she finished third, just a neck behind winner Dream Dancing and second placed Beau Recall. Madam Dancealot was first offered at the Goffs London Sale in association with QIPCO where she was sold by Tuite Racing to Kern/Lillingston Association for £100,000.  She went on to win the Group 3 Dick Poole Stakes last September and was subsequently sold for €260,000 at the Goffs Champions Sale at Leopardstown by Tuite Racing to Barry Lynch of Lillingston.
