Goffs Ready To Run Sale at Kempton graduate Russian Rock landed the Listed Jebel Ali Stakes in Dubai this afternoon for the second year in succession.
The son of Rock Of Gibraltar was sold at Kempton in 2009 by Lynn Lodge Stud to Roger Teal for £26,000 for whom he won three times in the UK before moving to trainer Musabah Al Mhairi in Dubai. Today’s victory was his sixth at the Jebel Ali track.
Goffs Ready To Run Sale takes place on Wednesday 27th March and features 100 real quality two year olds that will breeze on Polytrack at 10am followed by the sale in Kempton’s Panoramic Restaurant at 3pm. With over 50 two year old races won by graduates of last year’s sale, Kempton has the highest strike rate of any European Breeze Up.
