London Sale Graduate Impresses on Sandown Eclipse Day

Having made all the running, Tisbutadream showed her tenacity in winning the Listed Coral Distaff at the Eclipse Stakes meeting at Sandown over the weekend.

Purchased at the recent Goffs London Sale by Alastair Donald for King Power Racing, Tisbutadream had run very creditably at Royal Ascot from a bad draw and showed her true ability on Saturday for her new connections. A filly that is on an “upward curve” according to her trainer, Tisbutadream has a number of options for her next run. If she continues to progress as her sister Persuasive did, then she may emulate her by competing at Group 1 level in the future.

Bred by John Tuthill’s Owenstown Stud, the daughter of Dream Ahead and stakes winner Choose Me was sold at the Orby Sale for €100,000 to Suzanne Roberts before returning to the sales ring in London and realising €400,000. This is the family of the great racemare Cairn Rouge. See London Sale Pedigree here.

With the Goffs Orby Sale closing at the moment, Tisbutadream is yet another example of the calibre of horse available at the sale. Tisbutadream’s half brother, by Champion Sprinter Slade Power, will be offered at this year's Orby Sale.
