Timesremembered provided more Graded race success for the Goffs Punchestown Sale when winning the Grade 2 Persian War Novices' Hurdle for Emma Lavelle.
The son of Akbar was sold by Shanrod Stables on behalf of Mr Matthews to GH Bloodstock for 70,000EUR at the Goffs Punchestown Invitational Sale 2013 and won on his debut over hurdles earlier this month before following up by 6 lengths at Chepstow. The five year old runs in the colours of Tim Syder and Sarah Prior and is sure to have a big future ahead of him.
The result was a 1-2 for Goffs with Potters Cross, a 4,000EUR graduate of the Goffs Land Rover Sale, finishing second. The six year old son of Alflora was also bought by Gearoid Costelloe for £34,000 at the DBS Spring Sales 2013 having won a Point to Point at Lisronagh.
