Orby graduate Cape Blanco recorded another Gr1 success with a superb win over dual US turf champion and favourite Gio Ponti in the Man o' War Stakes at Belmont Park.
Last year's Irish Derby and Irish Champion Stakes star, owned by Mrs Fitri Hay, Derrick Smith, Mrs John Magnier and Michael Tabor, was sold by Garraun Stud to Demi O'Byrne for €330,000 at Goffs Orby Sale 2008. The Aiden O'Brien trained son of Galileo has earned over €2,000,000 in prizemoney to date and is an excellent example of the quality yearlings offered at the Orby Sale.
