Goffs graduate Rosdhu Queen maintained her unbeaten record when landing the Group 2 Jaguar Cars Lowther Stakes at York this afternoon for owners Clipper Logistics.
The William Haggas trained Invincible Spirit filly, a Listed winner just a week ago at Newbury, was sold at Goffs November Foal Sale 2010 by Rings View Stud to BBA Ireland for €120,000.
It was a 1-2 for GoffsDBS in the Lowther Stakes with DBS Premier Yearling Baileys Jubilee in second – a £19,000 purchase last year by Bobby O’Ryan.
Nominations for the record breaking Goffs November Foal Sale are now being taken. Europe’s three highest priced foals of 2011 by some margin were sold at Goffs at €850,000, €800,000 and €800,000, while the sale witnessed huge demand from start to finish.
