We told you they were Ready to Run!

Goffs Ready To Run Sale 2013 has already produced an impressive eight winning juveniles since the Breeze Up at Kempton eight weeks ago.

Justice Day, purchased by David Elsworth for £42,000, was first off the mark winning his maiden at Newbury just three weeks after the sale.  The Bansha House Stables consigned Acclamation colt was then placed second at Ascot before winning again at Newmarket on 17 May.  Joint sales topper Astaire won first time out at York for Kevin Ryan who purchased the son of Intense Focus together with Stephen Hillen from Grove Stud at Kempton, while the Stan Moore trained Tableforten, consigned by Sherbourne Lodge at Kempton, won at Windsor just four days ago.

Two breezers from Tally Ho Stud, both by Kodiac, are also winners including the Anthony Stroud-purchased and James Given trained filly Sandsman’s Girl as well as the colt Money Team who has won and been placed from two starts.  Another daughter of Kodiac from Mocklershill named Rosebay Coral was a maiden winner in early May.

Tom Malone purchased the filly Sleeping Shadow from Longways Stables and she duly won on her debut for Keith Dalgleish, while another from the same vendor, a son of Kheleyf named Innocently, won first time out on 2 May for David O’Meara.
