Today’s Goffs Online Summer Sale was topped by Wood Ranger (Lot 19), a winning 3yo son of Kodi Bear from Willie McCreery’s Rathbride Stables, that sold to Qatari owner Hassan Al Abdulmalik for €64,000.
Six horses in the timed online sale were offered from the Aga Khan Studs, with the top lot of the draft the Lope De Vega three-year-old gelding Ebasari (Lot 1) bought by Willie Mullins for €47,000. Out of Listed performer Ebayya, he was placed on his most recent start at Roscommon.
A further 7 lots were sold for an aggregate of €174,000, with 140 bids coming through the Goffs Online platform and horses selling to buyers in Ireland, Qatar and the Czech Republic.

Goffs Online has turned over more than €10.5 million since its introduction in 2020 and is now a permanent fixture at Goffs, offering an additional avenue to the market place at all our sales both in person and virtual”.
