Notice to Vendors & Purchasers: Identity Verification Required Under Anti-Money Laundering Legislation
Goffs is licensed by the Property Services Regulatory Authority in Ireland (PSRA). To comply with our obligations as set out by the PSRA and the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2021, we are now required to verify the identity of all our customers. In light of this, Goffs wish to make all vendors and purchasers aware of compulsory new registration requirements. N.B. It is important to point out that this is only required at the outset and will not be recurring on each occasion a vendor or purchaser engages with Goffs. Please follow the steps below to complete the registration: Registration Requirements: Goffs has introduced the ID-PAL app to verify the identity of customers in real-time simply, securely and conveniently. In order to enter a lot for sale and/or bid on-site or online at any of our auctions, all new and regular customers will be asked to create an online account with Goffs or login to your existing account here and provide the following by downloading your unique ID-Pal link: For private individuals
