We're hiring: Junior AML/Accounts Assistant

We are currently recruiting for a Junior AML/Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team on full time basis. This will suit a candidate who may have some compliance or accounts experience or is keen to progress in such a role.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the firms customer identity verification tool
• Following up on collection of AML Documentation
• Ensure data entered in the database and supporting identity verification platform is accurate
• Periodic reviews of the firms database, files & identity verification tool to ensure data collected is recorded.
• Working closely with the accounts team to assist with AML queries and follow ups
• Working closely with the AML Manager to assist with AML documentation collection and other reporting
• Develop strong working relationships with internal teams and agents to help promote a positive customer experience
• Assisting the accounts team with accounts department as and when required.
• Attendance at auctions to assist with collection of AML documentation or assistance with queries

Requirements:

• Experience in a compliance or accounts role would be beneficial but not essential.
• KYC experience would be beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills, experience in a role which deals with customers regularly would be an advantage
• Flexibility to attend auctions when required
• Enthusiasm to learn and progress in the role is essential.
