Winning Son Of Mehmas Tops Day 1 Of February Sale

A winning son of Mehmas from Baroda Stud, the three-year-old gelding Drish Venture (Lot 92A - pictured), topped trade on the opening day of Goffs February Sale Part 1 which took place as a fully online live auction today featuring two-year-olds, older horses and horses-in-training.  The winning bid of €50,000 for the recent Dundalk winner was struck by Bert Kerr via the Goffs Online bidding platform.

The next highest-priced lot of the day was for Razdan from HH Aga Khan Studs.  The three-year-old gelding by Zoffany (Lot 104), who was placed last month, sold online to Chris Timmons for €32,000.  Click here to view full results from Day 1.
