P2P.ie Review: Tambo’s Troops who was well-touted beforehand and made a very pleasing debut in a competitive maiden at Tinahely.  He just found one too good, which proved to be the more experienced €80,000 store purchase Hawthorn Street.  The son of Network was settled in mid-division for most of the race before mounting his challenge in between the final two fences and staying on gamely on the run-in to take the second.  He will have gained plenty from the experience and on the basis of this performance, he won’t remain a maiden for long.
